Lost black and white male kitty with distinctive face marking

The person moving out of my house lost their cat while moving their stuff. They are moving into a new place that doesn't allow pets, and I cannot keep him myself right now, or I totally would! If you see this cat (male, unneutered, very sweet kitty) please let me know. If you'd like to adopt, that would be wonderful too. I have a phone number to possibly get a voucher for free or low-cost neutering and the local shelters may do it as well. He's not my kitty but I'm hoping to get him to safe and happy new home. He might be microchipped, which will allow you to contact the person who moved directly to see if they have changed their mind or situation about being able to keep the kitty. Once I'm back in town I'd foster him in a heartbeat till he finds the best place, but I'm not home right now to help.
