In addition to the compensation package, we offer the following benefits: Potential annual performance bonus Medical, dental, vision, and a life insurance after 60 days of service 401-(k) savings plan Company paid holidays Essential Job Description - Inspects and completes general maintenance and minor repairs to facilities, streets, and vehicles. - Performs routine lawn care and maintains planting beds as necessary. - Ensures community is presentable and inviting at all times - Cleans and maintains community buildings, such as clubhouse, community offices, restrooms, laundry areas, and maintenance garage. Maintains vacant sites. - Rehabs and maintains used and leased homes. - Performs minor plumbing and electrical tasks. - Removes snow from community streets, parking lots, building entrances. Valid driver’s license and good driving record. General knowledge of janitorial work, plumbing, electrical and grounds maintenance. Proficient skills in operating various hand tools, power equipment.
