Tis the season of love, this workshop is going to focus on how to apply Krav Maga to protect those around us. Tis the season of love, we are going to take this time to go over and practice techniques to protect those around us. Not just our loved ones but also the ones around us when a situation arises. The techniques we'll be practicing are things you can use on your own or you can use to protect others. All tickets are buy one get one free, so bring a friend, significant other, co worker, ANYONE!! This workshop will be taught by Indiana's state director for the International Krav Maga Federation (IKMF), Instructor at both The Forge Training Center in Lafayette, and Elite Fitness and Defense in Carmel, Rob Mendenhall. Rob Has been teaching Krav Maga since 2015, after earning his brown belt in the Marine Corps Martial Arts Program, and boxing after the Corps. Rob has a passion to teach others to protect themselves and others if the need arise.
