Description

Seeking a candidate for a full time position as Superintendent, Grounds Maintenance. Manage, supervise, and train a work crew in the proper maintenance of approximately 40 acre parcel of developed land. Must be bi-lingual, English and Spanish, possess a working knowledge of ground maintenance equipment, manage scheduling, purchasing, inventory, and seasonal planning. Candidate must be self motivated and self disciplined. Salary commensurate with experience and knowledge.
