Join Wellness Educator/ Counselor, Shannon Seiferth for a 50-minute, interactive sleep workshop. 2:30pm each Monday of March - Be Well, Sleep Well Month *excluding spring break week The Be Well, Sleep Well workshop is designed to give you the opportunity to assess your current sleep habits and create a personalized sleep action plan. Together we’ll review the importance of sleep for recovery and restoration of the body and brain, learn healthy sleep habits, and discuss a variety of sleep improving interventions. Registration required. Please be prepared to show an active Wildcat Pass, and arrive wearing your mask. Health & Wellness offers medical care and wellness education/support to the University of New Hampshire community. We are open 6 days a week during the academic year.
