An educational experience on the coffee bean, the roasting process and expanding your coffee tasting palate! Interested in expanding your coffee tasting palate? Interested in knowing how coffee is grown, harvested, and planted? If so, this course is for you! Our master Roaster Jim will provide a unique experience as he gives an overview of the coffee supply chain and an appreciation for coffee sensory attributes. He will give education on the countries and climates coffee is produced, the uniqueness of the coffee bean itself, and the importance and steps of the roasting process. You will taste test several different origins and develop your palate, as well as watch Jim fire up the coffee roaster and explain the roasting process. A special dessert will be served at the end to round out your experience. Class will be held March 18th, 6-8pm at our Davenport Location in the conference room.
