Join class instructor Alexandra Olsen, an Iowa transplant from Brazil who currently writes the "Bite of Brazil" column for The Gazette, as she shows you one of her favorite family recipe. This hands-on class will have you rolling and tasting your own Brazilian "panqueca," a savory and delicious dinner crepe.
