(Matthew 6) In Matthew 6, as Jesus was delivering what we refer to as “the Sermon on the Mount” He said to the crowd “and when you pray”…and He goes on to instruct them about prayer. In most churches no one questions if believers are to pray, we just do it. In that same sermon He also says “and when you fast” and He goes on to instruct them about fasting. In most churches no one questions if believers are to fast; we just don’t do it. Come join us as we look at what the Scriptures say about FASTING. We’ll look at the 5W’s and H and hopefully make application to our lives. This is a free workshop with Bible Teacher, Jan Golden.
