Hayward, Castro Valley, San Leandro, Oakland, Alameda: Hello, my name is Michelle W. I have been working in childcare for over 12 years. I have experience in almost every setting. I've worked in Daycare facilities, In home daycares, Schools and private Nanny. The last 4+ years I've been a private Nanny in a Nanny-Share with two wonderful families. I've developed a strong bond with them. Unfortunately both families are in the process of moving out of state. I'm working full time with them until the end of March. So I'm looking for a position to start in April or May. I am ultimately looking for another Nanny-Share. I have a potential family who I think would be a good fit. They want part time Mon-Wed 8:30am-5:30pm. We are looking for a family to host in their home. I am looking for payroll and a simple contract to have for safety and security. I thrive on routine and love to play outside with children. Walks in the park, playing on playgrounds and enjoying nature. I enjoy teaching children lessons to help them prepare for school and I am amazing with art projects and crafts. I have experience with children 3months- 8years.
