Meet weekly with a small group of professionals to focus on developing better teams and developing the skills to lead them. EThOs Mastermind Groups gather together weekly with other developing leaders to grow, inspire, and sharpen one another's strengths. EThOs Mastermind Groups offer a combination of collaborative learning, inspiration, brainstorming, and support in a group setting to sharpen your leadership, business, and personal skills. Perfect for professionals, entrepreneurs, and community leaders wanting to develop their personal mindset and leadership. This "meeting of the minds" will focus on developing teams and implementing the tools to become better team leaders. We will be using Patrick Lencioni's book "The Five Dysfunctions of a Team" to guide our weekly discussions on the practical ways we can build healthy functional teams in our own organizations and businesses. If you are ready to surround yourself with people who are going to lift you higher, join this 8-week group meeting on Wednesdays at noon beginning February 2 at EThOs Small Business Incubator & Coworking Spaces, 504 Tower Square Plaza, in Marion, Illinois. Each group is limited to the first twelve (12) enrolled participants. The meetings dates are: Wednesday, February 2, Noon to 1 pm Wednesday, February 9, Noon to 1 pm Wednesday, February 16, Noon to 1 pm Wednesday, February 23, Noon to 1 pm Wednesday, March 2, Noon to 1 pm Wednesday, March 16, Noon to 1 pm Wednesday, March 23, Noon to 1 pm Wednesday, March 30, Noon to 1 pm Enrollment is $200.00 per participant. EThOs Coworking members and Marion Chamber of Commerce members receive a Leadership Marion rate of $185.00. Payment may be made via PayPal, check, or cash.
