Come enjoy a short awards ceremony and a great party with music, wine, beer, and heavy hors d’oeuvres. Mojo of Midtown awards recognize organizations or individuals who have, through their talent, motivation, innovation, and mojo, made a significant difference in promoting and preserving Midtown Memphis. This fundraiser is an inspiring opportunity to learn about some of the coolest people and organizations in Midtown. MidtownMemphis.org promotes Midtown neighborhoods and fosters public awareness of the assets and amenities available throughout Midtown. Our efforts are aimed at enabling the community to reach its full potential through the revitalization of housing, the redevelopment of business districts, the promotion of economic development, the betterment of artistic and cultural institutions. We work with groups and associations to advocate for and support: Saving our historic homes and insure that new infill development is suit’s each neighborhood. Appropriate enhancement of our public streets with bicycle lanes, improved sidewalks, trees and landscaping. Transit that is an option to our reliance on the automobile and large parking lots. Housing, businesses and institutions that support the health, safety and welfare of a diverse community.
