Question - Where do I find people who'd invest at 5% interest?

Hello, if you can direct me, I'd very much appreciate it. As far as I know, this is the most appropriate page on Craigslist to ask this question, but if you know of a better place, please let me know. First I'll outline our project. We own a house in SE and have started the process for building two ADUs behind our house. However, we need about 100k to finish. Next is out financial situation. We have a lot of equity in our house. The current value is about 450k and we only owe about 160k left. My wife and I are self employed which makes it difficult to qualify for a home equity line of a credit or a second mortgage and to top it off, I was on unemployment for most of 2020 which doesn't count towards our qualifying income at all. So we're left with pursuing alternative solutions. On that note, if you know of a lender who doesn't need two years tax returns as proof of income, please let me know. Other than that, we had the idea of instead offering 5% interest to individuals who would be interested in investing smaller amounts. 20 people at 5k each would get us through the rest of the construction we need, though people could invest different quantities. I understand that 5% isn't a huge amount, so this would be more for the people with money in their savings account not getting hardly any interest who'd like to get a little more. While we're asking friends and family, we know we're going to need a few people outside of that, but we're not sure where to look. If you read this and think of anyone who would be interested, please let us know, or let them know and pass this post onto them. Or if you know of someone or somewhere where we could go to ask, please let us know. Thank you!
