Thurmont Community Ambulance Service, Inc. (TCAS) responds to calls for emergency and non-emergency medical services in Northern Frederick County via Frederick County's 911 system. We serve the professional medical community and the general public as a licensed provider of Advanced Life Support (ALS) and Basic Life Support (BLS) levels of service. Thurmont Community Ambulance Service, Inc. works closely with the surrounding EMS community, including but not limited to, the Guardian Hose Company, Thurmont Police Department and with the Frederick County Division of Fire and Rescue Services (DFRS) to provide our community with the best services possible.
