WALTHAM, MA — The 2022 City of Waltham scholarship applications are now available, according to the Treasurer's Office. The city established a scholarship fund in 1987 to provide financial assistance to eligible Waltham residents for the pursuit of further education. The fund is available to any Waltham resident for college, trade school, certificate programs, graduate school and other educational pursuits deemed eligible by the committee. Graduating seniors may use the generic application available in the Guidance department at Waltham High School. Resident applications are available online here. Three copies of the application must be returned to the Treasurer's Office no later than Friday, March 18. Awards are announced in June and distributed at the beginning of the spring semester.
