From the City of Dunedin: February 9, 2022 The Dunedin City Commission approved the Zoning in Progress (ZIP) Doctrine to limit development in the neighborhood located south of Downtown until a character overlay district is developed and implemented. There will be a meeting with stakeholders and the public on February 15, 5:30-7 p.m., in the Ballroom at the Hale Senior Activity Center, to gain feedback and ideas on creating the overlay district.
