WALLINGFORD, CT — The following information has been provided by the Wallingford Police Department and does not indicate convictions: Jessica D. Vitale, 42, of Wallingford, was arrested Jan. 11 on charges of operating under the influence of alcohol/drugs and failure to drive in proper lane. She was released after posting a $2,500 bond with a court date of Feb. 24, according to state judicial records. Manuel Quiles Rivera, 50, of New Haven, was arrested Jan. 15 on a charge of second-degree criminal trespass. He was released on a promise to appear in court on March 21. Jose L. Almodovar, 57, of Wallingford, was arrested Jan. 20 on a charge of interfering with officer/resisting. He was released after posting a $5,000 bond with a court date of Feb. 8. Adam Maxham, 38, of Wallingford, was arrested Jan. 20 on a charge of criminal violation of restraining order. He was released after posting a $5,000 bond with a court date of March 16. Christopher M. Ciardiello, 31, of Wallingford, was arrested Jan. 21 on a charge of operating under the influence of alcohol/drugs. He was released after posting a $5,000 bond with a court date of March 4. Cardero Johnson, 34, of Bridgeport, was arrested Jan. 22 on a charge of operating under the influence of alcohol/drugs. He was released after posting a $1,000 bond with a court date of March 3. Christopher C. Sherman, 25, of North Haven, was arrested Jan. 22 on a charge of violating standing criminal protective order. He was released after posting a $20,000 bond with a court date of Feb. 9. Robert E. Peterson, 68, of Wallingford, was arrested Jan. 26 on a charge of violation of protective order. He was released after posting a $1,000 bond with a court date of March 8. Michael J. Canto, 40, of Wallingford, was arrested Jan. 28 on a charge of violation of protective order. He was released after posting a $5,000 bond with a court date of Feb. 14. Dominique R. Riccitelli, 26, of Hamden, was arrested Jan. 31 on charges of second-degree criminal mischief and violation of protective order. She was released after posting a $2,500 bond with a court date of March 10. Aaron M. Huertas, 40, of Wallingford, was arrested Jan. 31 on a charge of second-degree breach of peace. He was released on a promise to appear in court on April 7.
