MTS Mobile Staffing in Fort Collins is looking for a bilingual driver/recruiter. Preferably an individual from Greeley, but not a requirement. Driver duties will include: Driving employees from the office too and from job sites in the mornings, afternoons, and weekends if needed. Mon - Fri driving shifts are 5:45 AM to 10:00 AM and afternoon shifts are 1:30 PM to 6:00 PM. Shifts can vary, hours for driving could be shorter or longer, as needed. Weekend work varies week to week and we find out about weekend work on Fridays. Making sure all employees are prepared for their shifts as they head out the door and into a company vehicle, and once they are dropped off at the jobsite. Help to maintain cleanliness and maintenance on all company vehicles. If translation is needed on the job, we will be asking you to go to the jobsite to help the site supervisors translate and explain the job duties for the day. Recruiting duties include: Hanging flyers, posting ads on any and all social media and Craigslist, going out and approaching people about working for MTS. Answering Spanish speaking individuals phone calls, text messages, and emails, as well as helping any Spanish speaking individuals apply in office. We will be running a background and MVR.
