NORWICH, CT — Two people were hospitalized following a hatchet attack at Norwich home Tuesday, according to NBC CT. Police responded to the Cliff Street home on a report of an assault at 4:30 p.m. Two victims were inside the home suffering from wounds inflicted with a hatchet. They were taken to the hospital for treatment of non-life-threatening injuries. Police believe the attack was targeted, NBC CT reported. No arrests have been made.
