NORWALK, CT — A city resident is $25,000 richer after purchasing a winning lottery ticket this week in Norwalk, according to the Connecticut Lottery. On Tuesday, Willie Sadler Jr. won $25,002 playing a "KENO" game. The winning ticket was purchased from One Stop Variety in Norwalk.
