NEW HAVEN, CT — At the helm for the now years-long pandemic crisis, the two-term Mayor of New Haven Justin Elicker shared his State of the City address before the Board of Alders Monday. This was his first in-person State of the City address since the coronavirus pandemic began.
Elicker said the city's outlook is "strengthening" and pointed to an influx of state and federal funds, as well as a commitment by Yale to invest in New Haven as evidence.
