MILFORD, CT — A North Carolina man was arrested after he was found in possession of a facsimile firearm, according to police. Officers went to a Jepson Drive address Feb. 5 to investigate a breach of peace complaint. Louis Martinez, 42, was found with a facsimile firearm, police said. He was also wanted on an active arrest warrant out of North Carolina. Martinez was charged with criminal possession of a firearm and fugitive from justice. Bail was set at $110,000.
