BLOUNTVILLE, TN — Two of the three inmates that escaped Sullivan County Jail over the weekend are dead with the third still at large, authorities said. Police in North Carolina confirmed to Tennessee authorities that Tobias Carr and Timothy Sarver died after robbing a convenience store and leading officers on a lengthy car chase that ended in Wilmington, North Carolina, the Sullivan County Sheriff's Office said. The third escaped inmate, Johnny Brown, is still at large. The trio escaped the jail through an air vent.
