Press release from the City of Portland: February 8, 2022 A mandatory pre-proposal meeting will take place at the Castle on Tuesday, February 15 at 2:OOPM. The purpose of this meeting is to review the specifications and requirements of the RFP, and to allow potential proposers an opportunity to examine the site. Proposers should meet outside the main entrance of the Castle; masks will be required for the entire meeting (you must bring your own mask as there will not be masks available at the meeting). Only those firms represented at this meeting may bid on the project. Sealed proposals must be submitted electronically to [email protected] and include: the name of the Proposer, Contract Name, and RFP number in the subject line.
