All interested persons will be given the opportunity to ask questions and express opinions regarding the proposed project and any environmental impacts. Comments may be given orally at the meeting or submitted by email to Executive Director Matt Lautzenheiser at [email protected] before 5 p.m. Thursday, Feb. 10. Anyone wanting to review the environmental review record and project impacts, submit comment or receive information on how to attend the meeting can contact Lautzenheiser via phone at 406-258-3471, or by email.
