LAGUNA BEACH, CA — Laguna Beach residents may hear loud construction noise through Wednesday night due to road work on Pacific Coast Highway, the City of Laguna Beach announced Wednesday. Courtesy of CalTrans The road work is conducted by CalTrans and will impact Pacific Coast Highway between 7th Avenue and Vista Del Sol.
