Here are the top 3 stories today in Phoenix: Yesterday, CapRock Partners started work on its first phase of the largest industrial development in Phoenix history. The 183-acre project, West 202 Logistics, is an industrial complex to be built along the Loop 202 South Mountain Freeway. In a statement, Phoenix Mayor Kate Gallego said this project will be "the largest industrial campus in Phoenix's history" and "is a statement of confidence in our city's future." (ABC15 Arizona) Phoenix Abrazo Heart Hospital announced a new heart procedure for patients with AFib yesterday, becoming the first facility in the area to offer it. The procedure features a device called Amplatzer Amulet Left Atrial Appendage Occluder. It is a treatment option for irregular heartbeat patients who are at risk for ischemic stroke and works by blocking blood clots from passing from the heart to the brain. (Arizona's Family) A homicide investigation is currently underway after authorities discovered two men dead at a Phoenix apartment complex. On Feb. 7, officers responded to a call near 32nd Street and Roosevelt and found the deceased victims with "obvious signs of trauma."
