SUMMARY Work in a small team to clean and sanitize our baking facility to meet federal and state requirements. Part-time or Full-time! Work Monday-Thursday, shift start @ 4pm --- Enjoy a 3-day weekend ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES • Wash and sanitize production equipment following procedures and instructions, document activities as needed. • Disassemble and reassemble parts of the machinery to ensure that equipment is cleaned thoroughly. • Communicate with appropriate parties when problems are encountered. • Wash and sanitize production work area. • Empty all refuse containers. • Clean and sweep warehouse. • Clean office areas, lunchrooms and restrooms. • Ensure that production area, sanitation area and tools are kept clean and organized. • Discard used packaging materials in an appropriate manner. • Perform other duties as assigned.
