Loving Dog for Elderly Companion

He is 6. Fixed, up-to-date on shots, slightly overweight at ~30lbs (mostly due to lack of exercise), very food driven, super friendly, loves to cuddle, Will fetch all day and loves cat fishing pole toy, gets along with cats, would prefer to be only dog…if he was only pet in the home he would be in HEAVEN. Some quirks: he “grumbles” sometimes when petted, Will NOT play rough (little timid), very cautious on slick floors, does not like water. He is professionally groomed regularly, and prefers fresh/frozen food over kibble. Spoiled because he is such a sweetheart.
