Stolen Please help

Days after one of my pets was killed, my little girl's dog was stolen. He was taken around the 20th of December from the 27th block of Herring. Whoever has taken our dog has left a little girl broken hearted and with many tears. There was big bones found in our garage in which we do not give our dogs. They intentionally built our dogs trust to come back later to take him. I believe i may know who has him,but with no proof, there is nothing i can do. Taz is a small muscular chiweenie with a big heart and big eyes. He is reddish tone with short legs. We miss him so much and i desperately need your help in bringing him home.
