Hiring FT Maintenance Position- Position includes PTO, Sick time, Health Benefits *Position requires daily grounds duties (trash, leaves, debris pickup). Turning apartments- painting, minor maintenance. Maintenance Requests- basic plumbing, electrical, HVAC experience requested. WILL TRAIN THE RIGHT MOTIVATED INDIVIDUAL *Must be willing to work weekends. Schedule is Wed-Sun, Thurs-Mon, Fri-Tues. (Weekdays Flexible, Weekends Mandatory. *Must be willing to be on call one week/month *Must be able to pass standard background check/drug screen
