Buffalo-based property maintenance and renovation company seeking reliable, self-motivated full-time workers. This is a great opportunity to display your skills in drywall repair, painting, light plumbing, basic electrical, carpentry, flooring; some HVAC a plus or willing to learn! Will work on a team with excellent support. Will have the opportunity to gain new training and skills. Drug screen and background check conducted. Responsibilities will include: • Indoor and outdoor maintenance and renovation of properties. • Indoor maintenance and renovation will include painting, carpentry, dry wall, cleaning, minor plumbing, minor electrical, flooring. • Outdoor grounds maintenance and renovation will involve trash management, mowing, trimming shrubbery, along with snow, ice, salting and debris removal as needed, and exterior carpentry and painting. • Timely communication with team members for immediate follow-up on work orders. Your Job Skills/Experience should include: • Minimum 1-2+ years prior apartment or home repair maintenance and renovation skills such as drywall repair, painting, light plumbing, basic electrical, flooring, cleaning; HVAC experience helpful. • Minimum High School diploma/GED required. • Reliable transportation and valid NYS driver's license. • Excellent attendance; reliable, dependable. • Must work well independently as well as on a team. • Strong time management, problem solving, communication, and customer service skills to interact with internal and external customers. • Must be adaptable to changing work priorities to meet required project/work task deadlines. • Takes pride in performing quality work. Pay rates start at $17 per hour, based on experience.
