Quality Door Service has been the industry leader of installation and servicing of automatic, touchless entry doors since 1982. Our business has exploded thanks to the pandemic. Currently we are not able to keep up with the demand. We need several more technicians that can service Washington, Oregon, and northern California. What We Offer: Monthly $$$$ service bonuses, and commissions. 100% Company paid medical for the employee and up to ½ for dependents. 401k, profit sharing, and PTO. Impressive hourly wage with no annual limit to raises or bonuses. We leave that up to the employee based on performance, competency, and desire to improve. Job Duties: Extensive daily driving to jobsites in a company vehicle. Perform installation, preventative maintenance, and repair work as assigned. Maintain required work records accurately. Maintain company vehicles, tools, and other assigned property. Foster good customer relations by offering efficient and friendly customer service. Model and drive the company's values including Accountability, Respect, Integrity, & Vision. Required Qualifications: Ability to work independently. Clean Driving Record & Valid Driver’s License. Ability to pass drug screens. Ability to lift and carry up to 75 lbs. Availability to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and routine emergency call standby. Preference Given to Those That Have: Prior experience handling glass, glass glazing, or general carpentry experience. Been fully vaccinated for COVID and influenza (to be able to work in hospitals.) Vaccination status is NOT REQUIRED and is completely voluntary.
