Food Producer General Labor - Day Shift FULL-TIME $15/hr, plus $500 new hire bonus 6999 NE Century Blvd, Hillsboro, OR 97124 Day and Second shift needed. Duties vary by exact role in plant, but include mixing, vegetable and fruit preparation, salad preparation, and sanitation. Exact role will be assigned based on experience and interest. Responsibilities include assisting with production, preparation, and storage of company products. Placing boxed products on pallets. Adding and mixing ingredients to produce a finished product according to company recipes. Observing and monitoring equipment to ensure safe operation. Removing defective products or packages from the production line. Assembling product containers on an assembly line. Maintaining housekeeping of the production plant and warehouse. Following company safety guidelines and Good Manufacturing Practices. Schedule - Shift start: 5:00AM - Shift length: 8 - 10 hours - Days: 5 days/week, must be available any day, some weekends required Benefits - Health, dental, vision insurance available after 60 days - Paid time off - 401k Requirements - Must be able to work in a cold environment and work weekends. - Must be able to lift 50lb on a consistent basis. - Must be at least 18+ years old - Must pass drug screen (cannabis included) - Can lift 40 lbs Bonus $500 new hire incentive $250 after 30 days of employment, another $250 after 60 days of employment
