We are a Tier 2 producer/processor in DT Tacoma. We are looking for a processor that can buck, trim and process cannabis into pre-roll joints. We are a small but driven company looking for a responsible, show up for work on time and excel at given tasks employee. Advancement is possible through excellent work. You would be crossed trained to other tasks in the processing dept. Qualifications Minimum 21 years old be able to pass a WA background check. Have reliable transportation Professional appearance and proper personal hygiene and great work ethic Ability to work and thrive and keep up in a fast-paced environment and ability to change tasks and projects regularly Attention to detail and excellent hand-eye coordination Must be able to stand, walk, sit; use hands or finger to, handle or feel; reach with hands and arms; climb or balance; stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl; talk and hear while doing required tasks. Ability to work in and thrive in a sometimes-chaotic startup environment Responsibilities To follow specific SOP to buck, trim and package cannabis • Assist with the harvesting of plants, weigh and hang in dry room Assist with pruning, transplanting, waste removal and cleaning of rooms each harvest Process cannabis material at various stages (wet, dry, cure) to include, but not limited to: Bucking, trimming, sorting, storage Follow specific SOP to weighing, stuffing and packaging pre-rolls and sometimes, flower and bubble hash Preparing and building finished goods packaging by tubing, counting and stickering for finished product Will be expected to work at least 8 hours a day, up to 5 days a week generally Monday-Friday with possibility of some weekend work
