Commercial and residential property maintenance company in Snohomish and King counties seeking maintenance workers to help renovate single family homes. Job Duties: Assist with on-site renovations of vacated units Painting and drywall repairs Small tiling Basic electrical outlets and ceiling fans Carpentry, baseboards and trim MUST HAVE: At least 5 yrs experience with general maintenance Experience with multiple trades such as painting, carpentry, basic electrical and plumbing Able to complete repairs and preventative maintenance work Capable of taking direction and working independently Valid WA State Driver's license and reliable transportation Also seeking FINISH CARPENTER with 5 yrs experience with valid driver's license
