Life Coach for a high functioning Special Needs 22 year old (Harker Heights) Compensation: 13.25/hr Employment type: part-time Private Care Attendant Compensation: 13.25/hr I am looking for a Life Coach / Attendant for my 22yo special needs son in Harker Heights. He has Cognitive Disabilities (like that of a 13-15 yo in reasoning). You must enjoy being outdoors, he loves to hike, swim, play pool, & go to the gym, you would be required to participate in all his activities. He is active in Special needs activities that you would be accompanying him. You will be in charge of planning his day and coming up with activities using a budget. We are working on independent living skills. You must be able to interact with him in activities and stay off your phone. This is NOT a babysitting job. Open shifts are approx 8-12 hr/day but the times may vary between 9a and 9p depending on my needs, but schedules can be set 2 weeks in advance. I am looking for someone one shift a week at this time, the day may be flexible just not on Monday or Sunday. You will be paid every 2 weeks via payroll agency, NO "under the table payment". Requirements: Must be at least 21 years old. Have your own transportation to use on shift. Must take a CPR class if you don't have a current card. I have a lady you can use if needed.
