Must have your own pickup or van
Must have own hand tools, power tools, ladders etc
Own cell phone to communicate/text
Be trustworthy and reliable. Professional work ethic is required at all times.
Responsibilities:
Carpentry, drywall, tiling, painting, minor plumbing and electrical, etc.
-Door installations
-Window installations
-Replacing and fixing windows/doors
-Light plumbing/ Light Electrical.
-Adding vinyl and wood laminate floors/tiles
-Install base moulding
-Drywall repairs
-Hauling and Demo
-Siding panels replacement as needed.
-Changing Locks and adding deadbolts where needed
-Appliance installs
-Home Depot runs to pick up items
-Lawn care or snow removal during the season.
-General cleaning
