We are family owned and operated and located in Barre, Taunton, & Westfield Massachusetts. Our team is looking for multiple candidates to fill our vegetation management technician roles for the 2022 season. This job is inclusive to those with little to no experience but would like to continue or enter the manual labor industry. If you have any questions please contact us at Starting Wage: Based on Experience Start Date: April 2022 We Offer - Competitive Pay - Tuition Reimbursement - Overtime - Bonuses - Internal Advancements - 401k Matching - Health Insurance - Paid Business Travel - Holiday Pay (After one year of employment) Preferred Qualifications But Not Required - Ability to obtain a DOT medical card - Experience with equipment such a hand trimmers (weed whackers) - Strong leadership qualities Requirements -Reliable transportation to and from work -Dependability, Flexibility, Commitment - Demonstrate safe, productive job performance - Must observe and comply with all safety policies and procedures NO PRIOR EXPERIENCE REQUIRED Physical Demands - Ability to operate mowers, trimmers, and general landscaping equipment - Be able to lift 50lbs or more - Stand, stoop, kneel, crouch, bend-over for up to 10 hours per day - Ability to handle small and large equipment - Noise level is typically moderate but can be severe at times - exposure to outside weather conditions THIS IS A PARTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS LIST The employee may be asked to support other work groups, or perform duties outside of the daily routine to support production requirements.
