Bottom pan is stained but otherwise in good condition. The bottom level is a critter nation and the top level is ferret nation. Comes with all ramps needed for your pet to climb between both levels. It housed our guinea pig comfortably for 3 years until he passed away. If you need them I will add a mostly unused bag of crittercare bedding, a freshly opened bag of guinea pig food, some Timothy hay mostly unused, a bowl for food and one for water, and a bag of hay mix.
