Hiring for full-time, year round Lawn mowing and Landscaping positions. Starting immediately. Yearly salary starting at 31k and going up to 36k + depending on experience and responsibilities. Comes to $600 - $700+ per week. Rarely do we work over 40 hours a week. Usually around 30 - 40 hours in the spring/summer/fall and 5-20 hours per week in the winter. Steady paycheck in the winter, just expect you to be ready for the snow and come in for occasional shopwork. We're off on Major holidays with pay. Paid time off is available, depending on how long you've been with us. Bonuses given throughout the year depending on performance. Willing to train if you're willing to learn. Experience running commercial lawn mowing equipment is a plus. We're a small family-owned company that works out of Westminster/Finksburg Carroll County. Must be able to meet at one of our shops or somewhere in Reisterstown. Can possibly be picked up/dropped off if you're located between Westminster and Reisterstown.
