We are growing and looking to add motivated and energetic people to our team! Southern Oaks Animal Hospital a fast-growing, mixed animal practice. We are a full-service, multi-doctor hospital with a 30+ year history dedicated to providing quality and compassionate care to companion animals and horses. This is an ideal opportunity for a veterinarian technician or assistant that is comfortable with animals of all kinds including horses, dogs, and cats. Responsibilities include but are not limited to professional and effective communication, patient monitoring, administering medications, venipuncture, sample submission, assisted reproduction, medical documentation, and billing. This candidate must be able to lift up to 75 lbs. and efficiently perform duties individually or as a team, and requires some weekends and holidays. Experienced technicians or assistants, new graduates, and anyone willing to learn are encouraged to apply!
