We are seeking a knowledgeable Renovation Associate for our facility. In this role, you will be part of a team responsible for performing various renovation projects at our 167,000 sq ft facility. To ensure success, renovation associate should exhibit good experience in revamping commercial buildings. Responsibilities: - Flooring, demolition, and painting - Drywall installation and repair - Ability to use safety equipment and power tools - Documenting processes and keeping records - Experience in building maintenance and upkeep a plus Requirements: - High school diploma or GED - A minimum of 2 years of experience in facility renovation - Ability to respond to building and equipment emergencies. - Proficiency in Office software, such as Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook. - Excellent organizational and communication skills. - Must be able to pass background check Job Type: Full-time Pay: $18.00 - $23.00 per hour Please email resumes to [email protected]
