rehoming JAX

Description

This is Jax. (70 lbs, white with brown spots). His birthday is believed to be 5/27/2018. He was very timid at first when he came to live with his current owner. Once he has gotten comfortable life for him will be better. He enjoys going places in the car, walks, swimming, etc. Jax enjoys the outdoors. He really enjoys playing fetch. He loves to explore his surroundings. He enjoys running around with most other dogs at the dog park. The neighbor dogs know that he is around because he will sit in his own yard and bark for them to come out and play (run back and forth along the fence). He really wants to be outside. When he is outside he really enjoys it. When he is outside, without his human for a longer period of time, he jumps the fence (shorter kind) and wanders in front of cars. I believe he is just looking for his human when he does this. When he is taken out for potty breaks, he does his business and he will let you know that he is done and ready to come back inside but a simple scratch at the door. While indoors he will sit in front of a window staring off for a good length of time. He enjoys napping on a couch, bed, or his own floor bed. He isn't much of a snuggler but will now and again lay next to his human. Jax used to be ok going into his kennel but now he breaks out of it. Breaking out of it creates him hurting himself. He is a free feeder and does very well with having his dry food around. Jax is current on all his shots. He also just recently had a vet teeth cleaning done. The reason we are rehoming him is because we can't keep him safe outside, the place that he really wants to be. A small rehoming fee will be asked for. Thanks for considering taking Jax
