Hello! A small, old deck with stairs - which leads to an exterior door - must demolished, cleared, and rebuilt as it has experienced excessive rot. The gig entails the following; -Acquire requisite construction materials for job. -Demolish old deck & stairs. -Remove and dispose of demolished deck & stairs as well as any new left over construction materials. -Build new deck & stairs preferably with composite, rot resistant materials. The new deck should extend an extra two or three to the edge of the house seen in the pictures attached. Interested parties for this gig please view the attached photographs and provide a rough estimate of parts and labor. Estimates that include examples of previous work will be given greater consideration, even if it is not the lowest bid for the gig. Inquiries without this information will be ignored. Thanks!
