We are in need of an additional Warehouse Operator that will help handle the following: Receiving Inventory, Organizing Inventory and providing weekly stock counts, Handling/Shipping Orders Monday through Saturday (Saturday only 2-4hours needed per day from 11-2 or 3), and other warehouse operations. This is a very straight forward opportunity, you would be managing this warehouse with (one) additional warehouse operator and would check in digitally with our mobile remote team and other warehouse operators. We have 5 warehouses operating in the USA currently. Responsibilities: -Organize labor for receiving containers -Maintain accurate inventory counts and report inventory accurately once per week -Handle, Label, and Ship out all daily orders assigned for this warehouse -Be able to work with co-workers in other locations via email/slack and with co-worker at the warehouse -Help handle customer walk-ins (not common at the warehouses, but does happen) Should have knowledge of how to use a computer +Knowledge/Previous experience with e-commerce platforms is a plus +Knowledge of how to use Slack is a plus +1-2 years of warehouse management experience is a plus ++Surf/skate knowledge and passion is a plus Position Type/Expected Hours of Work: Warehouse Operator // 40hrs per week This is a full-time contractor position. Monday-Friday 9:30-4:30pm + Saturdays from 10am-3pm with some additional Content Events. Saturday shifts alternate between the two warehouse managers unless there's a ton of orders in which both shipping operators need to be there. You will need to be able to commute to the warehouse and there are times where shipping envelopes will need to be taken to UPS (across the street) or to local FedEx ship office (the one 8 minutes away) All training will be provided by our team.
