Full Time Maintenance Worker – Tuesday - Saturday
Our maintenance workers play an essential role in serving our residents and guests!
We are seeking a full time maintenance worker who can work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. The schedule is 40 hours per week, Tuesday – Saturday: 7am – 3pm. The starting rate is $16.00/hour. This position offers excellent benefits!
Responsibilities and Duties:
Follow routine and daily schedules.
Perform preventative maintenance tasks.
Perform minor electrical, plumbing and/or carpentry as needed.
Paint and repair walls, ceilings, furniture, doors, etc.
Complete landscaping, leaf clean up and snow removal with manual and power equipment as needed.
Respond to requests throughout the facility.
Follow safety protocols and safety regulations, infection control and universal precaution procedures at all times.
Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications and Skills:
High school education; or six to twelve months of related experience or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Ability to read and comprehend instructions, short correspondence and memos in English.
Be able to lift or move up to 80 pounds.
