LOCATION MAINTENANCE & REPAIR TECHNICIAN – Colorado Springs, CO - Part Time  Part-time position to service equipment in an expansive area of Colorado Springs (travel required to The Citadel, Castle Rock, Pueblo, Antares, Cadet, Palmer Lake, Templeton, Colorado Springs Airport) Salary: $881 Monthly Base Pay (paid bi-weekly) $20.00 per hour, plus mileage for servicing fitness locations Weekly hours: Approximately 5 hours of base pay; 10 - 15 hours hourly rate Nights, weekend, and holiday availability is required  BASIC FUNCTION The part-time Location Maintenance and Repair Technician is responsible for the maintenance of equipment within the southern part of Colorado Springs to service massage chairs, carts, strollers and USPS lockers. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Working knowledge of equipment and ability to perform maintenance and repairs Maintain clean equipment at all times Accurate and timely collections, bank, and report financial transactions Maintain policy and procedure expectations of the facility and Smarte Carte Maintain regular contact with District Service Manager Maintain a safe working environment by ensuring all equipment is in good repair and working as designed Maintain a positive relationship with the facility management Other assignments as needed. EDUCATION Technical degree preferred SKILLS Working knowledge of equipment Electrical and mechanical equipment repair Excellent verbal and written communication Maintain accurate records Compile reports Proficient in computer and Smartphone use PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS Lift 40 lbs. to waist height Push/Pull 75-100 lbs.
