Rehab GC needed!!!!!!!!!!!

We are looking for a large GC that can supply and run multiple rehab crews to complete home remodels in the St louis metro area. You would be responsible for the following Hiring crews to complete work Managing payouts for your crews( all draws and payments with be made to you not individual crews) Completing all aspects of the rehab all mechanical work and Gc items. Provide a a city manager with pictures and updates daily on all jobs. Must be able to complete 5-7 homes a month with 25-30K of work for each home. Must provide insurance and be licensed with the city.
