This Secure Parking USA job is located in Raleigh, NC. We are looking to hire a part-time facilities cleaner parking Thursday-Monday from 5am-9am. This individual will be responsible for the cleaning of all Secure parking sites in downtown Raleigh. There will be opportunity for more hours during events as well. Job duties include: • General upkeep and cleaning of parking lots and garage. • Performing general walk-throughs of the sites and walking in-between vehicles, and collecting trash for disposal. • Sweep hallways, wipe down parking equipment, wipe down signs, and keep inventory of cleaning supplies. • Ensure signage is properly displayed and updating signage in accordance with pricing. • Provide customer service to parkers ensuring a quick and seamless experience. • Work with property owners to ensure they are happy with the product we provide. • General kiosk maintenance such as replacing paper, cleaning gate arms, repairing gate arms, etc. Must be: - Customer service oriented - Willing and able to work within a team and independently - Willing to perform the aforementioned tasks above, as well as any other tasks provided by management - Ability to lift 50lbs (sign holder, wind frames, etc.) - Ability to be on your feet for most of your shift - Enjoy being in a fluid work environment - Problem solve on the fly - Good attitude towards customers and staff - On-time, diligent, and reliable Must have: Reliable Vehicle and Valid Drivers License Work Location: 25-30 sites downtown Raleigh within a 10 mile radius Work Remotely • No Job Type: Part-time Pay: $12.00 - $14.00 per hour FACILITY GROUNDSKEEPER
