Need help taking down chimney

I have two chimneys (about 8 ft tall each) that I am trying to demo and remove from my attic. The mortar is quite soft so should be easy to chip away. Then we'll need to carry the bricks down two flights of stairs and out to the barn. Assuming it'll take 3hrs or so with two people working.
